Alumni Giving
From day one, Cate School has benefitted from the generosity of those who gifted the land and buildings to the many individuals who have given annual support for operations. Cate boasts 88 alumni who have given consecutively for over 30 years. Indeed, alumni are among Cate's strongest and most consistent supporters. In 2010-11, 45% of alumni donated to the annual Cate Fund in support of Cate School.

"...when we were young and students at the Cate School, we learned how to be curious for the fun of it. That subtle but essential and seminal gift is a part of each of us, a part of what we take to work each day, or use in raising families. Much of it was given to us there on the Mesa by a caring faculty. It was a gift. Giving support to the School is not just a matter of gratitude, or a sense of obligation. It was made out of a need to connect to those important years and those important people who were as responsible for me as I am."
