Parent Giving

Every year, parents watch their children blossom in Cate’s rich and supportive environment. Students return more enthusiastic, athletic, vibrant, respectful, creative and mature than when they left home. With the knowledge that tuition covers only 70% of the cost of a Cate education – a disparity of $16,200 per student – many wish to “close the gap” for their children and others through gifts to the School.

For parents who are interested in making a difference while their child is at Cate, contributions to the Parent Fund (an arm of the School's annual Cate Fund), help close this gap. For parents who are more interested in establishing a legacy at the School, they are invited to established a named endowment fund or invest in a naming opportunity aligned with a capital project.
