Camp Cate was a huge success, with over 250 alumni and guests attending the festivities on the Mesa. From the Class of '74 Alumni golf tournament at Rancho San Macos to the challenging round of Circumpsice Jeopardy, each and very event was well attended by alumni.
This year, a number of invdividual classes sponsored activities for all to enjoy--the Class of '84 worked with English department faculty to hold an alumni English class and the Class of '59 led a symposium where each participant was asked to reflect on their most interesting, meaningful and important life experiences.
At Friday nights dinner, Cate Fund Director Grayson Bryant congratulated the Classes of '74, '79, and '99 for breaking their respective reunion giving records. Gifts made by alumni celebrating their reunion totaled over $3,000,000 for Cate School!

It was entertaining for all whenTyler Emmett '01 joined his brother Morgan '99, playing music for all at the Community Center, after the reunion dinners at the tennis center. Sunday morning, there was a moving Memorial service for alumni who wished to honor classmates, teachers, and friends who had passed away.
